Matt Shepard has a unique presence and competently holds space while creating containers which are conducive to healing, and people to be fully present with themselves and the experience. He is a trauma survivor and weaves this experience alongside his intuitive gifts and ability to help others nuture change and healing through Reiki and Tarot sessions.

This practice is about healing and wellness, utilizing tarot and reiki and what is possible with those.

We live in a culture that foments trauma in numerous ways, that finds its way into family systems and our own first experiences of love and attachment, or lack thereof. This leads us a way from ourselves and to a host of issues, both mentally and physically. Even outside of trauma, the pressures and difficulty that come about in modern life are many, and often the road getting on track and unstuck runs through the self.

Getting back to being in touch with ourselves, our bodies, our spirit, and our knowing is what matters to me. A deep knowing, you might even say. My hope is to offer what I can to help folks find their way back to themselves and to healing.
